Email scams continue to be effective at gathering user credentials, and many of our legitimate business messages exhibit phishing red flags – particularly links to non-Harvard websites. Let’s take the burden off of individual recipients to distinguish between “phish” and “flop” and ensure we deliver clean and trustworthy messages to them. Learn about email best practices and some new tools available to you, as well.
