Landesk is an application that provides remote software updates, patch management, and hardware/software inventory for Harvard-owned desktop and laptop computers.

Users of eligible Harvard-owned computers in FAS, HDS, Radcliffe, and Central Administration.
Requirements and Limitations
• Demonstrate identity and affiliation with Harvard in order to access selected services.
• Services are only provided for Harvard-owned devices enrolled in the Managed Desktop/Laptop program.
Devices must be powered on and connected to network on a routine basis in order for services to run.
Some services may not be available internationally due to time zone shifts or network/regulatory restrictions.
