Provides a self-service environment to enable Harvard departments, groups, and individuals to establish a presence on the web.  Websites can range from simple, standard web pages to complex web applications.  Service includes backup/restore capability, server maintenance, and monitoring.

Regular support services available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Target response time
  • Service request: 2 business days to acknowledge request, initiate process, schedule meeting, etc. Overall project timeline will be developed as part of assessment and project proposal.
  • Incident response: As defined in service level agreement
Requirements
Customers work with IT staff to determine solutions appropriate to their needs.
Cost
Fee for service.
