Harvard University Technology Products and Services has partnered with Computer Loft and Tech Computers Inc. to provide laptop and desktop warranty and non-warranty repairs and upgrades for Apple, Dell and Lenovo computers that are personally owned by Harvard's students, faculty and staff.
Computer Loft, located in Allston, is an Apple Premium Service Provider and has been servicing Macintosh computers and users since 1990. Computer Loft will be the repair service provider for Apple systems. Visit Computer Loft for more information.
Tech Computers Inc., located in South Boston, has been servicing small businesses and individuals throughout the Boston community since 1994. Tech Computers Inc. will be the repair service provider for Dell and Lenovo systems. Visit Tech Computers Inc. for more information.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up at Harvard
For your convenience, you can drop off your computer and pick up at one of our customer service locations:
- Technology Products and Services, 28 Travis Street in Allston
- Harvard Tech Hub, Science Center, One Oxford Street, Rm B11, Cambridge
Customers will be contacted directly by Computer Loft or Tech Computers Inc. when the service is complete and the system is ready for pick up.
