On July 15, 2017, all FAS course sites from academic years 2015, 2016, and 2017 were concluded.

What does this mean? Sites from these academic years have been switched into Read Only mode for staff and students.

What happens to my content? No content has been lost; and both teaching staff and members of the class list still have access to course sites. [N.B. Course lecture videos are not accessible on concluded sites. Individuals on the class roster can be provided a direct link for video access upon request.]

How do I find my concluded site(s)? Concluded sites are accessible from the Courses → All Courses → Past Enrollments menu.

Can I still use my content?  Yes! You can still copy content from a concluded site onto an active site.

What if my student has an extension, or if I need to edit a concluded site? Concluded sites can be temporarily “un-concluded” on demand. If you or one of your students needs more than Read Only access to a concluded site, contact Academic Technology for FAS at atg@fas.harvard.edu.
