Build your team's accessibility knowledge
Every member of the team has a role to play when it comes to accessibility, and team leaders are key to supporting a culture of accessibility. If you’re managing staff, working on a research project, doing community outreach, or other types of group work, you can help team members create accessible content, host accessible meetings, and incorporate other accessible best practices into their work by guiding them to training and support.
To help build accessibility knowledge on your team, there are several resources available for members of the Harvard community:

Consider accessibility when growing your team

Stop by the Digital Accessibility Services (DAS) Summer Open House on June 10 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM to meet the DAS team and learn more about the services and resources we provide. There will also be a “Choose your own adventure” breakout session, where you’ll be able to join a discussion on a particular topic that interests you: Documents, Multimedia, or General Accessibility Questions.
