Harvard Key Light Project Underway

The Identity & Access Management Team has begun work on a new project 'Harvard Key Light'.  The vision for this initiative is to enable an extended population of current and prospective Harvard users to readily access University online resources through simplified and secure processes that improve the user experience and promote active collaboration across and beyond Harvard. 

We know there are additional populations with an affiliation to Harvard who might not have a HUID but need access to online resources, so we plan to offer a service to help...

Coronavirus planning: Zoom Training to Support Teaching

As you may be aware, Dean Gay has asked FAS faculty to familiarize themselves with Zoom in preparation for possible interruptions to residential teaching due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). New process for auto-forwarding Office 365 email

What is happening?

Beginning in late February, the way that users can set up auto-forwarding for their Office 365 email is changing. New users and those that are not currently auto-forwarding will no longer have access to the standard interface for enabling email auto-forwarding.  As an alternative, if desired, users can set up inbox rules to auto-forward email from their Office 365 accounts.
