All About Printing

Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Harvard College Libraries use PaperCut for printing in the following printing locations.

Account Information & Printer Setup
Before printing it’s important that you link your PaperCut account with Crimson Cash and obtain your PaperCut username. To obtain your PaperCut username, visit https://papercut.fas.harvard.edu. In the Summary tab you'll find your username.

Below are two step instructions for: (1) Linking your account to CrimsonCash and (2) Mapping a printer to your personal computer.

Paying for Printing
Harvard College graduates & undergrads can use term billing to pay for printing. The process is automatic if you do not link your PaperCut account with Crimson Cash.
Faculty, staff, and other FAS affiliates will need to link Crimson Cash with your PaperCut account.

DCE students without a HarvardID card or Crimson Cash card can come to the Walk-in Support Center (Science Center - Room B06) to obtain a Crimson Cash card and for assistance with linking it to your PaperCut account.
