Overview
Crimson Print is the University's managed print service that allows for a more convenient, secure, and sustainable printing, scanning, and copying experience. Send a file to print from your device and release at any connected Crimson Print printer using your HarvardKey or ID.
*Device must be connected to the Harvard network or VPN
Eligibility
Faculty, staff, researchers, and students in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH
Data classification level
Approved for up to Level 4 confidential data
