About

Formed in 2012, Harvard’s CIO Council meets bi-weekly and is charged with leading and advancing University-wide IT strategies, policies, and standards, in support of the missions of both the individual schools and the University.

The CIO Council empowers the Harvard community through technology that enables:

  • Effortless access to data, information, and knowledge
  • Rapid and profound innovation in teaching, learning, and research
  • Seamless collaboration across communities and disciplines
  • Effective and efficient administration
