Eligibility
Faculty, staff, researchers, and students in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH
Data classification level
Approved for up to Level 3 confidential data when recorded
Approved for up to Level 4 confidential data when not recorded
Storage
Effective June 10, 2026, cloud recordings are deleted after 36 months.
