Project Delivery Forum was held on March 27, 2024
Two guests joined the PDF to share important updates: Vanessa Aller explained several exciting improvements to the PM curriculum at the IT Academy and Jefferson Burson showcased the upcoming Horizon Reports
Horizon Reports – now in their second year – bring a Harvard perspective to the ever-changing technology landscape. These reports represent a rare look into the present and future. They characterize possible answers to questions like:
- What should we be doing?
- Where might we be going?
- How can we view changes in technology through a Harvard lens?
Since Projects are often the vehicle by which Changes are delivered, the PDF community learned more about how Horizon Reports are produced, and avenues to be agents of change in the future.
