We recently updated the default setting for Harvard Google calendar permissions to increase the privacy of calendar event details. On February 28, we enabled a setting that defaults users to only share their Free/Busy calendar availability, instead of full details, with other Harvard Google Calendar users, and creates parity between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
