Coming soon: New version of the Zoom app

Zoom has released version 6.0 of its desktop app with a refreshed appearance and enhanced functionality, rebranding the app as “Zoom Workplace”. This new version will be rolled out to HUIT-managed computers in June. Here’s what you can expect: 

  • New color scheme options: Choose from bloom (blue), agave (green), rose (red), and classic (black).  
  • New customizable in-meeting toolbar: Add, remove, or reorder buttons...

Project Delivery Forum - How Can I Run a Secure Project?

Project Delivery Forum was held on April 25, 2024

Amy Daigle and Joe Gallagher shared engaging content on how you can lead the way for your teams and Harvard to stay secure. PDF members learned about several recent changes to protect your projects via the newly-combined Privacy and Security programs – or simply, PrivSec. PrivSec is important for all of us, so much so that multiple HUIT OKRs are directly associated with them!

IT Stakeholders' Forum - Spring 2024
